Joanna Puczkowski is a qualified life coach, change consultant and management accountant, with 20 years business, finance and change management experience.

Her passion is working with people to support them in achieving their dreams, seeing them discover and realise their true, unlimited potential. She combines her skills, personal and work related experience, to provide her clients with a unique package to help them love the life they live.

Life coaching helped Joanna to re-define her values and gave her the support she needed to re-focus her life, change her career and set up her own business.

Coaching style

Joanna uses a co-active style of coaching which involves the active and collaborative participation of both the coach and the client. She works in partnership with her clients, to guide them to find their answers.

Experience

Joanna trained with Achievement Specialists one of the UK's leading Life Coaching Training organisations, accredited by the European Coaching Institute.

Her business experience, gained in private, public and not for profit sectors working for organisations such as Powergen, Siemens, The Wellcome Trust, British Council, Transport for London covers: business risk management (global environment), business systems implementation in global environment (e.g. SAP and Agresso), change management, business process re-engineering / process improvement, project management, management accounting, training design and delivery.

Joanna provides business process and risk management consultancy for small businesses and corporate organisations. She also writes articles for professional and lifestyle newsletters, magazines and websites including CIMA Insight, Accountancy Age Young Professional, I'm Pregnant magazine and Mum Knows Best. In association with Noble Manhattan Coaching, she provided taster coaching sessions on the Psychologies magazine stand at the One Life Exhibition 2007. Joanna also delivers talks and workshops on coaching related topics, as well as risk management and business process analysis.

Joanna is also fluent in Polish.

When she's not coaching, Joanna loves travelling and discovering new places and cultures with her partner Andy. She enjoys cooking, yoga, swimming, snorkelling, walking / hiking, gardening and flamenco dancing. Over the last few years, she has enjoyed transforming her garden into a wildlife friendly haven.

Favourite places - Lake Garda, Italy for the scenic lake views, wine, food and olive oil; Austrian Tyrol for the spectacular mountain scenery and the hiking; Caribbean for the sun, music and party atmosphere; any island in the Maldives for the sea life on your doorstep!
