How much will investment in my future cost?

It all depends on your individual needs and requirements. Coaching is about long term excellence. Most clients report that around 6 to 8 sessions, over a 3 to 6 month period is about right. Joanna offers a choice of coaching programmes (details below) to suit a range of needs and lifestyles.

A free coaching consultation is offered to all prospective clients.

All coaching programmes include:

• Welcome pack with goal setting worksheet.
• Core values elicitation (with exception of Focus session).
• Personalised goal setting and measurable objectives.
• Full record of achievement, strategies and techniques acquired by the client.

Telephone Coaching

Making the telephone call to your coach, at the time agreed for your sessions, is your responsibility — the cost of the call will depend upon your location and the telephone service you use.

Email Coaching

Need some coaching support but finding it hard to block out a regular slot for a telephone or face to face coaching session? Or perhaps you currently have a limited budget available? Why not give our "email coaching" a go? Horizons Regained now offers email coaching support, to help keep you focused on your personal actions and goals. Face to Face Coaching

Is offered at:

Why not schedule in a little extra "me time" for yourself and make use of the relaxation room (included in the price of the session) before or after your coaching session? SKPE Coaching

If you have broadband, you can download free SKYPE software from the internet. You will also need some headphones. SKYPE to SKYPE communication is currently free of charge. Please contact Joanna for further details.

Follow Up Coaching Sessions

Following the initial coaching sessions, if clients feel the need for additional coaching support, they can continue as and when required. For example, some clients opt for a monthly top-up session or return to coaching when faced with new challenges in their lives.

Payment & Payment Methods

All coaching sessions must be paid for in advance (at least 48 hours). Payment can be made directly into the bank or by cheque in advance of coaching sessions. On line payments by debit or credit card will be available soon.

Personality and Learning Style Assessments

On-line personality and learning style assessments are offered through a referral agreement. Prices start at £5 (depending on type required). For further details click on the link or contact Joanna.

Cancellations / Re-scheduling

In the case of a client failing to phone, or meet the coach at the agreed time, the client may be charged for the session, unless cancellation or request for a reschedule has been notified to the coach in writing, or by e-mail, 24 hours in advance.

In the case of a client phoning, or meeting the coach later than the agreed time, the client will only be due the amount of coaching time still outstanding within the agreed session time, but will be charged for the full session.
